Gerling

Gerling's new release, 4 (dont ask why it's called that), is the best thing the band has released over their decade career. Instead of sticking with their pop/indie/electronic sort of style thats similar to artists such as Rocket Science and Spod, they have headed in a more indie rock direction much like fellow aussie rockers The Vines, except their songs are a bit longer. Well, judge for yourself. I'm now onboard with these guys.

  • Yeah they're pretty impressive. Its weird how each of their albums seems to be a different genre. I'd put 4 and Bad Blood as about equal. 4 is better on record but Bad Blood goes off live
