I have never seen a person make music the way France's Camille does. Her performances are astounding to watch, with implements of scatting, beat boxing and even beating her back to create such noises, it's truly art. She has combined her love for cinema and literature, taste for classic french chansons from the 30's and 40's, as well as Anglo-American folk music and Brazilian Bossa Nova to create what is her album, titled "Le Fil". Camille has worked on some tracks for Nouvelle Vague on their self titled album, covering songs like The Clash's Guns Of Brixton and Dead Kennedy's Too Drunk Too Fuck, to name a few.
