Where have these guys been!? Softlightes bring's something new to the world of music, mixing acoustic and electronic beats. Some people have compared them too Belle And Sebeastian, Sufjan Stevens, and Australia's very own Cut Copy. But I'm not seeing it, well, maybe Cut Copy a little bit. The band have already made in impact down here in Australia touring here for the first time last November with MSTRKRFT and then month later being asked to come back by Modular Records to support New Young Pony Club. Hopefully these guys wont stay away from Australia for too long, maybe a third visit is in the making. Fingers crossed.
